WHAT WE DO:
Every year, it hails in North Texas. The Texava PDR Team at Autocrafts Hail Repair takes hail-affected vehicles, and perform paintless-dent-repair on them - a service covered by your auto-insurance as a comprehensive claim. If they were insured during the storm, we can help customers free of cost by waiving their deductible, and covering their rental costs. While the vehicle gets repaired, the customer needs something to drive. We provide complimentary rentals, or coordinate with their insurance and Enterprise directly to get them scheduled. Your sale begins at the door, and ends when you collect the customers policy card. From there, the office will handle pick-up, drop-off, and all communication with the insurance.
YOUR ROLE:
D-2-D Sales Reps / PDR Account Managers
We are door knockers looking to serve customers. We use storm data to target hot neighborhoods, and work our own schedules to meet customers when they're home. As a member of the Texava Team, you will have the ability to set-up partnerships, you'll have a marketing resource for design, custom personal landing pages, and marketing material to support you at the door. Using our inspection portal, we're able to provide customers with instant inspections and bring them into our pipeline. Once you make your first three sales, you'll gain access to the entire tech-stack.
PROJECTED COMMISSIONS = 20% of Repair Ticket after you hit 6 vehicles
